I have been looking for a way to make brussel sprouts so that they aren't soggy and tasteless and this is it. They came out just perfect and we roasted all of our veggies with the sprouts and it worked for all of them. I will never boil or steam again. Roasting just brings out the flavor of your vegetables.

This the first time I roasted fresh brussels... sure taste better than the frozen ones, but yet frozen ones are just as good to use too... but I think I'm hooked on the fresh ones. This dish turned out excellent and soooo good!!!

This recipe is excellent. The sprouts come out of the oven sweet and tasty. Never like them before I tried this recipe. Thank you Ina.

People who used to turn up their noses at brussel sprouts always ask me to include it as a side dish.

If you like brussel sprouts and like easy this is a great/easy recipe. I made sure the oven was HOT and left them in until they were nice and crunchy looking on the outside. Really good way to enjoy this under valued veggie.

Easy to make. Flavors weren't as complex though.

These tasted pretty good for brussels sprouts. However, I was the only in my family who liked them.

Is what I call this recipe. It never fails to convert a Brussels Sprout hater and I always have to hand over the ultra easy recipe after the meal.
