    This was a delicious and easy method to prepare Brussels sprouts. We grow an abundance of them, and I was very happy to find this tasty method that let the natural flavor come through, and looks and smells great as it cooks.

    Are you kidding me?? I could NEVER eat any other brussell sprout other than this reciepe. These are wonderful!!!!!

    These are wonderful side dishes to anything! If you are craving something salty and crunchy like french fries, these are a wonderful substitute

    When it comes to any kind of green vegetable, my husband is not easy to please. When he started asking for these again and again, I knew I had him. I LOVE brussel sprouts anyway, but this will convince even the non-brussel sprout eaters out there. Thank you Ina. You are AWESOME!!!

    This was a very easy recipe. I would cut the roasting time by 5-10 minutes as the outer leaves were a bit burnt. It was still very good.

    When I saw Ina do these on her show, I thought they looked fantastic, but now that I've tasted them, they are even better than that! How about scrumptious! I can't wait to make these for my next dinner guests.
