My husband loved them, which is why I'm giving this three stars. Sorry Ina, I still can't stand Brussels sprouts.

Didn't know what to do with the brussel sprouts I bought, knew I loved to eat them, then Ina told me how to cook them. Amazing flavor, the leaves are crispy little bits and the insides are tender. My husband kept sneaking them off the pan when I wasn't looking. These will be on our table often. Thank Ina.

Brusselsprouts with bacon cooked on side and walnuts toasted, and dried cranberry added at the end can upgrade this to amazing.

A new family favorite. Wonderful flavor. Was a little worried they might have a burnt or smokey taste but looks were deceiving. Crisp outside and tender inside.

Yuck! I tried making these in hopes that my family would like them if cooked properly. No one ate more than one. Though this recipe is rated really high, you won't like them if you don't like brussel sprouts. If you like sprouts, than this is probably a great recipe.

A-MAZING seriously, I just made them! And the best part... the crispy leaves that fall off and turn super golden brown... delicious!

I cooked on the stove some finely chopped shallots and bacon pieces. I added this to the spouts the last minutes. Great combination.
