Fabulous- I added some peach balsamic vinegar. I agree with prior reviews that the individual leaves that fall off are like "chips" and fantastic. Excellent recipe....mmmm mmm good

It is best to use tiny brussels sprouts so if you get a whole batch of small ones you only need to roast them for about 20-25 minutes. I have gotten many brussels sprouts-haters to adore this vegetable! Like a previous reviewer, my family members request them for their special birthday meals!

My first experience with brussels sprouts -- YUM! I halved the recipe; I think I still cooked them for around 35-40ish minutes, but they would have probably been fine with a little less. The absolute best part about these is the individual leaves that fall into the pan. They crisp up and are like delicious little green potato chips! Will definitely recommend & make again!

I have always loved brussels sprouts but in my family I was the only one until tonight...my husband and children (who are adventurous eaters proclaimed the brief sample they were allowed to try as amazing. My son even suggested we have these for his upcoming birthday meal! I will happily oblige his request. Please try brussels sprouts this way; they are absolutely tasty and will convert anyone who has previously disliked these awesome veggies into devout lovers!

Loved this. Used a little less olive oil. My whole family thought it was great! It is now one of our favorite recipes.

First time we tried this it was a flop, I think it was due to the brussel sprouts, second time was much better - we figured it was worth a second try due to the outstanding reviews. The first time we think the brussel sprouts were just old. We had roasted brussel sprouts at a local restaurant that we loved, still haven't been able to duplicate them in their entirety. We think the difference is the crispy outside - these are a little bit, maybe next time we will broil them for the last few minutes.
