my kids eat these like candy!!! i could seriously eat them everyday. i just roast them on 425 with olive oil and kosher salt, until they are browned. SO YUMMY!

I added a tablespoon of water, covered them tightly with foil and roasted at 500 degrees F for 10 mins. Removed the foil, gave them a good stir then turned down the oven to 400 for another 10 mins. or so. Made them nice and tender and they didn't have to roast for quite as long. Great recipe!! My husband asks for this all the time, and since it's cold now, I don't mind running the oven

Everyone loved these and the simplicity of them. I think a little less time in the oven next time but they were delicious! They were all gone!

This recipe is simple and great. I made them today for Thanksgiving. I added a little minced garlic. Will definitely make it again!

After swearing off Brussels sprouts all my life, this recipe is now a staple in our home. They're amazing. Even my one-year-old and five-year-old children love these! Thank you, Ina!

I hated Brussels sprouts before I tried this recipe. Fantastic and simple.

These were great. I have a neglected can of bacon drippings in my freezer that seemed to want to stand in for the olive oil. I preheated my oven with a large cast iron on the middle rack. Once it came to temp I pulled out the pan, took a chunk of frozen drippings and threw it in. Once that melted I tossed the sprouts all around right in the pan and back into the oven it went.
I can't recommend this whole roasting veggies thing enough. If you think you don't like Brussels sprouts but are open to the idea that maybe you just haven't experienced them correctly yet: try this recipe.
