    Quick and simple!

It is a chore to get my family (wife+daughter to eat brussel sprouts. This one got them finishing all of it without any pushing.

I love brussel sprouts, but I didn't care for these. I thought the taste was rather bland and I didn't like the browned outsides. Sorry Ina...

We made this recipe for Thanksgiving and everyone loved it. And it's so easy I now make it about every other week. I can't recommend this recipe enough.

I did not have that much time, so I cut the sprouts in half and quartered the big ones. Cooking them at 375F for twenty minutes was enough to make them pretty and brown and cooked well through.

This is such an easy recipe and so yummy. I made these for Thanksgiving and have made them three more times since then. Thank you Ina!

Thoroughly enjoyed these Brussels Sprouts! They roasted up perfectly, and were a tasty addition to my sauteed chicken breast! I don't know why other reviewers had an odor after cooking...no problem there! I added minced garlic just because I couldn't resist...Thank You, Ina!

I've made this recipe 3 x and each time it's been a hit! Once for Thanksgiving, 2nd time I took this to a holiday party and we ate them as an appetizer, 3rd time just couldn't get enough of this veggie! Ina is the best! Thank you, Ina!

Loved these but they should definitely be prepared to go right from oven to table...can get a little mushy if they sit before dinner is served.

This was my first time ever trying brussel sprouts, making or eating them. I was bracing myself given their reputation, but I immediately loved them, at least Ina's way! They were like other reviewers said, nutty and crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. They're good enough to snack on. I look forward to trying them out on company next time.
