Had this for lunch today!!! This recipe was delicious. These sprouts are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I did bake them for about 15 minutes less than the recipe recommended. Anytime more and I thought they might burn. Enjoy!!!

My family loves brussel sprouts and we all liked this recipe. I had planned on making this and of course time got away from me, SO, after tossing the S&P and oil on the sprouts, I put the whole bowl in the microwave for 1 minute, got it out, stirred it, put it back in for 2 minutes then poured the mixture onto the baking sheet and roasted for 20 minutes. Worked perfectly and time savers = a good thing.

So easy and so tasty. Mix in a plastic bag before placing onto baking sheet. Thanks Ina for a great and easy recipe!! Recommend baking at lower temp for less time- 375 degrees for 32 minutes. My boyfriend did not even like brussel sprouts before tasting this dish. Now this is one of his favorite veggies to eat!

I liked the idea of this recipe, but this preparation totally made my entire house smell like brussel sprouts, not in a good way... oven smoking, almost a burned sulfur smell. The end result creates very brown sprouts, which did not go over well with my kids or husband. I liked the bit of crisp w/ the S&P on the outside, but this will not be my go-to brussel sprout recipe by any means. Between 2-3 stars... went with 2 stars given that my house smelled for 2 days after making these.

The instructions are very easy to understand, and execute. While simplistic, the end result is absolutely tasty! I've shared it with friends, and will definitely make it again.
