    These are delicious...I've made them as the recipe is written...delicious..and I've made them adding a little minced garlic to the olive oil before tossing and delicious. Can't go wrong with this recipe.

    I am not a fan of brussel sprouts, but my husband is, so I decided to try and make this dish for him. I'm now of fan, at least of this recipe. Quick, easy, and they really do taste like french fries. If you are able to find really large brussel sprouts, I would recommend cooking them a little longer, so that get that crunchy exterior.

    I will never make brussel sprouts any other way! These are so good and my 1 and 4 year olds love them. How often can you say that about brussel sprouts?

    I think that everyone who says they don't like brussels sprouts should try them cooked in this way - these are just delicious and so easy!

    At first roasting brussels sprouts didn't seem like a good idea. My whole family loved them. It is a great recipe
