At Last!! A receipe for brussel sprouts that my husband will not only eat, but loves. I served this simple dish for Thanksgiving and "himself" liked it so well he has promiced to hot-house start some plants for my garden next season.
Thanks, Ina for so many great receipes and a throughly entertaining show.

Traditionally I am not a lover of this vegi. However, using this simple, quick, recipe has made a convert of me! My husband loves them too.

I am not a fan of brussel sprouts but I was able to eat one without problems. My husband was shocked and thrilled to get to eat one of his favorites that I do not fix. He could not smell them either, as he entered the house-a good thing.

I made these for my family and everyone loved them - even those who thought they didn't like brussel sprouts. By cutting the bottom part off, there was no bitterness. They were carmelized a little to make them sweet and delicious.

I've never been a fan of steamed brussel sprouts and haven't tried them for years until this recipe.....it's a staple in our home now.

The idea seemed pretty good -- a way to make an inedible vegetable enjoyable -- but Brussels Sprouts are just so toxic and unpleasant tasting, I don't think there is anything that would possibly redeem them. Yuck! (At least I tried it!

Outstanding recipe! Very crispy and delicious - would have been improved with a tasty dipping sauce, which I will do next time.
