Love this recipe! So easy and tasty! Everyone that tries them, loves them--such a welcome change from our childhood memories (nightmares of bitter, soggy brussels sprouts. I add fresh chopped garlic and cut the sprouts in half, because the ones I have been buying recently are too big and don't roast up as nicely as the smaller pieces. Thanks Ina!

These are not the mushy, overcooked brussel sprouts of my youth. During a conversation at work we all discovered anything that generally tastes bad was cooked WRONG.This is the RIGHT way to cook
them.So easy.So glad I took a chance and tried them again, its been over 45 years. They are made for human consumption.

Used this recipe for 4 years. My family LOVES them. Sometimes I add bacon or pancetta for extra flavor. They are crispy and not the mushy brussel sprouts I remember from my youth. One of our favorites and SO simple!

I was not a fan of the frozen ones growing up, but this recipe is a hit even with kids that typically won't eat B/S. I did make one modification as our family likes things spicy, so I drizzle them with Jalapeno olive oil. Fantastic and never any leftovers! Yum!

Very tasty side dish! I did not have fond memories of brussels sprouts from childhood but these are very good. I only had to roast mine for about 30 minutes though.

Very tasty. I added some red pepper flakes, just because I like things spicy. I have been snacking on them all afternoon.
