Simple, easy, and tastey! I would make no modifications to this recipe! It's definitely a staple in my book.

Yummy & easy peasy. I throw in all of the leafs that fall off too. They make the best chips.

I was never a sprouts fan despite the fact that my Dad called them shrunken heads, and paraded them around on the top of his fork like little people. :D I guess I wasn't big on them because my Mom always boiled them and they smelled.....stinky. Then one day a couple of years ago, someone told me to try baking them. This is the recipe I used. I am blown away at how delicious they are. Baking them creates an entirely different taste [and smell!] I cook them until they are just starting to blacken, which makes them even better. Cut them in halves or quarters because they cook faster, and the crunchy dark brown/black parts are delicious! Highly, highly recommended. As always Ina, you are da bomb. Thanks for yet another fabulous recipe!

I made this for Thanksgiving this year, and it was a hit. Even some of my relatives who don't like brussels sprouts loved it. Perfectly seasoned and crunchy!

The best hands-free method for the most scrumptious way to eat brussel sprouts! This is my go-to recipe for a quick and hands-free side dish and my entire family loves it! Many thanks, Ina!
