Couldn't be simpler, or more delicious!! My basil plant just died from an early frost, so I used fresh thyme and sage instead of the basil, and it was still fantastic. I'll be making this again, and again... and again...

I new this recipe would be super easy and probably pretty yummy from the time I saw it, but I had no idea how good it would be until I tried it! This will definitely be a top side dish in my house from now on!

I loved this recipe. It is easy to take to a picnic and everyone loved it. You can eat it hot, cold, room temp or over pasta or leftovers in a pita or in a salad. It's amazing and so easy to do different things with. Love Ya Ina your a joy to watch

THIS IS NOT A NEW RECIPE, BUT IT IS A WONDERFUL ONE. SERVE OVER PASTA FOR AN INCREDIBLY FRESH SAUCE. THE ROASTING DOES WONDERS TO CONCENTRATE THE FLAVOR OF THE TOMATOES.
