This is one of my favorite recipes!! I live in a family of carnivours and getting them to eat anything without meat is a challenge. Whenever I make these, they are gobbled up in no time!

This was so delicious and easy to make. When you make it, make sure you do the red peppers in advance to allow time to marinate. We will make this again!

So delicious! The sweetness of the peppers plays well off of the heaviness of the goat cheese, and the basil and red onion lighten it up. Simple, but well balanced. A perfect sandwich!

This is one of my favorite recipes and I make it often. It's somewhat time-consuming, but well worth the effort. I always make them as open-faced appetizers using toasted dense French or Italian bread. This is a GREAT company dish!

I've made this many many times. It's my all time favorite. Also works great on crackers as an appetizer.

I am trying this recipe tonight for dinner... Has anyone tried grilled sliced portobella mushrooms with this? My husband requested I put them in the sandwich as well.

Glad to see all the good reviews... can't wait to try the sandwich!
