Dear Ina, Thank you so much for this easy way to do peppers. Since I am single and love to cook, I frequently throw away items beyond their prime. This is perfect for me to have available for future days.

So easy and the house smells wonderful while the peppers are roasting. These are great over sliced chicken breasts and, of course, with fresh mozzarella and basil. I watch the farmers markets and grocery stores for specials on red peppers and load up!

nothing quite like the smell of fresh roasted red peppers compared to the underwhelming aroma that comes from those sad little jars. ANd it was way easier than I thought! Thanks again Ina!
