Loved this! My husband does not like cold shrimp so this was the perfect combination. My family wanted the recipe. I did spice up the shrimp a little bit so the shrimp had more flavor but roasting for sure is the way to go!!!

Who knew? I always sweated serving shrimp cocktail on ice at a party. Now we know, we don't have to. Texture/flavor is better and it holds up to the cocktail party time needed. This is just FAB- I use this all the time now! Won't do it any other way!

This is THE best shrimp cocktail I have ever had. Roasting the shrimp adds an element to the flavor that puts it far above the norm and the cocktail sauce is out of this world. I made this for a family holiday gathering and everyone, including the kids, could not get enough of this! Simply Awesome!

I always roast my shrimp now instead of boiling. So very good!! The cocktail sauce is killer. I highly recommend this recipe!!

They say to never try a new recipe on a holiday . . . well, I made the roasted shrimp for Thanksgiving and everyone LOVED it! The family is begging me to make it again for Christmas. The cocktail sauce was yum. It's a sure hit.
