Ina has done it again with her "roasted shrimp"! I watch her program five times a week, enjoy her so much. I also like her "ask Ina" , always very informative.

I am not sure what the reviewer right below did wrong, but I thought this recipe was fab just as it was given. I have never really thought about roasting shrimp. Had it for a football party and it went over really well.

The shrimp didn't taste good until I added some spray butter and Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning. Just a little salt and pepper and a small amount of olive oil gave the shrimp no taste. I also didn't care for the consisency of the shrimp when roasted. I prefer shrimp sauteed in butter and olive oil and Tony Chachere's. This was disappointing after all the great reviews. I was excited to try it, but very let down.

Easy, fast and absolutely delicious!! Nice change from the regular shrimp cocktail. My guests devoured this shrimp as an appetizer. I will be making these again for sure. Nice recipe.

I have always done this on the grill. This was a great alternative to grilling, especially in our Midwest winters.
