Another fantastic recipe from Ina Garten! This is the only way that I will cook shrimp. This method produces a more tasty shrimp in an easier way. The cocktail sauce has real authority!
Thank You!!

Amazing! I can not believe how much better the roasted shrimp is for Shrimp Cocktail. It is always a hit when I make it. Your recipes are always great! Thanks Ina!

delicious, delicious, delicious.....only way to make shrimp, except for on the grill....going to bring it to a party and going to serve it with a pesto mayo along with her cocktail sauce ... a little choice for your dipping pleasure.

This was So Good, we are making it again tonight.
I did double the sauce recipe and also added a little more horseradish for a little extra kick.
That Ina, sure knows how to cook !

This recipe was so good! It couldn't possibly be easier to make. Nothing extravagant for the cocktail sauce, very basic ingredients, perfectly balanced. But that IS what Ina does best! My husband and I both felt the shrimp had the best flavor once it was cold, which is how shrimp cocktail is typically eaten. Hmmm, what to make next from Ina's recipe collection?

This is just too easy - no turning it, nothing - just throw it in the oven. Also, the cooking time is perfect (8 minutes in my oven.

I've always made shrimp on the stove. How much better could it be, but it LOOKED tasty. I roasted the shrimp in the oven as the recipe dictates and voila! It's so easy, so delicious, and possibly the only way to make shrimp except maybe on the grill. I love Ina's show!!
