Great recipe - hubby loved it! I used Veganaise since I can't eat eggs and it turned out great. I served this with rice and green beans.

Oven roasting shrimp no matter how you use them is the perfect way to cook shrimp. I have been oven roasting shrmp eversince the first time I saw Ina do it several years ago. They always come out perfect.

This was delicious and so easy! I did go a little lighter on the dressing and it was still very flavorful. Served with toasted ciabatta. I will definitely be making again!

This is FABULOUS! I have made it several times. I did make a couple of changes when I didn't have an orange. I used Seasoned Rice
Vinegar instead and it was great. We served it once in pita breads with mixed greens! Sooooo good! Thanks, Ina!

I loved this shrimp salad. I only used half the dressing - it makes a lot! I especially liked it when it was first made and the shrimp still a little warm. After it sat for a while and especially the next day it seemed much more salty -- perhaps from the shrimp soaking up salt from dressing. ?? I will definitely make it again.

Show stopper! I have made this a number of times. I have made with and without the red onions. I have also roasted the shrimp with garlic. I cook the shrimp exactly as described so they do not overcook. I don’t like it with fresh dill (sorry Ina!. I prefer dried dill. It makes more dressing than needed and I don’t put all of it on the shrimp. I like the dressing a bit more tangy so I add a tad more white wine vinegar. I present it on a fresh bed of spinach leaves.

Absolutely the best shrimp salad EVER! Roasting really brings out the flavor of the shrimp. For large groups, try halving the shrimp and tossing in 1 lb. cooked mini shells..great extender with no loss of flavor!

Yum! I love it! The orange flavor is really great in this dish and its pretty potent so make sure you like orange! I think this dish would taste better cold. I had it with a croissant for a nice light dinner. The problem is, is that it doesn't make enough!

This recipe is way too salty. You don't have to add any salt. Also, I add 1/2 yogurt & 1/2 mayo. You need to add more shrimp if you don't want it too taste too heavy. Too much sauce and not enough subsistence.
