I saw the episode recently, and tried this yummy recipe....but was a bit confused when she said "never boil shrimp again", because the shrimp in her segment was "pink" already. So I bought raw but dropped it into boiling water for a minuet then roasted. I TIVO'd it and went back to verify that I was seeing pink shrimp before I roasted it. ?????? It was out of this world, and hubby loved it too!!! Dressing was to die for, and such a simple recipe. I left out Gerkins, because I didn't have any..... anyone else notice that??

Simple, delicious & perfect. My go to shrimp prep. We've had this with Ina's cocktail sauce 3 weekends in a row.

This method of preparing shrimp produces outstanding results. I now use this preparation for every shrimp recipe. Having tried both Ina's cocktail sauce and thousand island dressing, I think the cocktail sauce better accompanies the shrimp. Thanks,Ina!

I had never roasted shrimp before, only stir fried in olive oil. This was so easy and they were tender and moist, didn't even need to flip them part way thru. The sauce was very good although I only had sweet pickles, not gherkins but the sauce was very good without them. I whipped up some white rice and added butter and some French herbs and served the shrimp over the rice with side bowls of the dipping sauce. Everyone loved it, even my children. I recommend this recipe.

Fabulous way to cook shrimp. They come out so tasty. I marinate the shrimp with a teaspoon of Spanish hot paprika and freshly crushed garlic to taste. Have yet to make the dressing as I like aioli for a dipping sauce.
