I'm single and always looking for a quick dinner preparation. I roasted the shrimp adding some chives that I was looking to use up. I also chopped a zucchini and added it to the same pan asthe shrimp. Simple, delicious, and an easy clean up!

This is a great recipe and even though the printed recipe says it is 4 servings; on the show Ina clearly stated that it was for just 2 people; herself and her guest. And it is always better to have more dip than not enough.

skimpy portions! Maybe Ina can feed four people on 1/2 lb. of shrimp at her house but we need to at least double it at mine. Also, the sauce makes over a cup - way more than you need for just a 1/2 lb. of shrimp.

Who would have thought that baking shrimp would be more delicious than the usual pan friend or boiled. Ina has done it againe with a truly four star lunch that would tempt any palate of seafood lovers.
