This is the only way I will make shrimp now. They come out PERFECT every time. I make a different version of the dressing... Mayo, ketchup, lemon juice, and lots of old bay. This dish is always a crowd pleaser!

The thousand island dressing tastes just like really good thousand

I quadrupled this recipe and it came out great. Instead of dribbling EVOO and lemon on shrimp, I put the shrimp in a bowl and tossed with the oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and just transferred to the baking sheet. The shrimp were succulent. LOVED the dressing. So easy, and all the ingredients in my cupboard already. We put the shrimp on heated corn tortillas with red cabbage and avacado slices. Was delish and so light. Thanks, Ina.

Just made these and of course they were wonderful. You have to like shrimp in order to like this recipe. I made the sauce too, but I only cooked about 8 shrimp so I just mixed a little of all the ingredients together. No need to use sweet gerkins as others were confused about, I had butter pickeles in my frig and hey, that's what I used. Still delish! I give it a 5 for taste and for ease of cooking.
