This is the best Thousand Island dressing recipe I've ever made! I actually use it on my Crab Louie salad, and my family loves it! Thanks Ina!

I agree with the other comments...Will never boil shrimp again! The shrimp was perfect. In addition, the sauce is fabulous. My family loves to put the sauce on everything...sandwiches, chicken, etc. I have also made the sauce just using dill pickles (ran out of the sweet pickles and it was just as good. Thanks Ina, your recipes are the best!

Ina I will never boil shrimp again. This is just like roasting chicken with olive oil, salt and pepper which I will never boil again either. Fantastic!!!

but I love these! I have made these many times for family and they always disappear! Love Ina's recipes...follow them to the letter and they always come out. I gave my daughter Ina's entire set of books for Christmas, and as a newlywed...her hubby is one lucky guy!

    Ina:
I can't tell you how many times I have made this for my family and for company. Everyone loves it. They always want me to bring the shrimp. It's a must for Christmas Day. As always, you never disappoint me. I can always count on your recipes. Thanks

As I always find with Ina's recipes....not complicated and simply delicious. Like many others I see no reason to boil shrimp ever again....they taste so much better this way. Thanks for another winning recipe, Ina.

This is the only way I cook shrimp and it is fool proof. The shrimp may also be chilled and served several ways (shrimp salad, shrimp cocktail etc.. I left out the capers from the dressing and they are not necessary in the final result-it is really delicious as a dip or salad dressing. I used lower fat olive oil mayo as well. I agree with Irene, Ina is by far and away the BEST chef on Food Network. Her recipes are always the best version of so many recipes out there. I hope she stays on television forever! Plus, I think her relationship with Jeffrey is authentic and so sweet. Go Ina!

Roasting shrimp is the best idea, I will never boil it again. The sauce was great also, I did not have pickles so I used sweet relish and it came out great. I think Ina is the best chef on Food TV. Love her recipes and her show.
