    It's easy to make and delicious! However, it's a bit pricey if you don't grow your own basil.

    I was excited to try this recipe after seeing this episode recently. Overall, it turned out pretty tasty, but I felt like I was eating spaghetti sauce without noodles. I had to add some dried Italian seasoning because I didn't have enough basil, so this might have been part of the problem. I enjoyed it, but I don't think I would make it again.

    Made this at our country home, it was fantastic & easy. Froze the left overs, had it the next weekend...even better. Wonderful rustic flavors and presentation. Perfect!

    I work six days a week, so usually wouldn't have time for this, unless I split it up into 2 nights after work. Which is what I did. It is the best tomato soup I've ever had, I know my boss loves basil, so I brought some in for him, he loved it too.

    This is one of my favorite things to make and eat! I make this at the beginning of the week and then eat it with sandwiches throughout the week.
