NO WAY TO IMPROVE ON PERFECTION!!
Sometimes siimple is best, and this is definitely one of those times. As other reviewers have noted, these are addictive. I have served them to all ages, types of people and on different occasions. Even to tomato haters. NO ONE has disliked this recipe and I am asked for the recipe on a rgular basis. One personal note: PLEASE do NOT skip the Italian (flat parsley. It makes such a difference. Don't bother with the dried stuff ... it may add a little bit of green spec color, but it has little to no taste in my opinion. Manay thanks, again, Ina.

I loved this recipe! I also made mini pizzas using these delicious tomatoes. I used croissant dough, which paired very nicely with the sweetness of these tomatoes. YUM! I also used garlic and Fontina cheese...so wonderful and so simple. Thank you, Ina!

I am not a tomato fan but this recipe is defiantly worth a try! I took crescent roll dough and wrapped up in it a small slice of cheddar cheese and a small slice of the tomato and baked it in the oven. mmmmm so delicious!

I make this twice a month and everyone loves it! My 30 year old daughter and I eat them like candy. I just mix all of the ingredients together and spoon a little in each tomato to make it faster and easier.
