    I always love Garten's recipes, but this tasted like nursing home food. The croutons were, however, terrific.

    Oh MY Goodness, I perpared this for a side dish using the veggies listed and the olive oil salt & pepper, but I added one quarter cup of Brown Sugar sprinkled on top covered with foil bake an hour and half, Oh Gee they where sooo good, definatley a keeper, everyone should try this. There was not enough left to make the soup. Thank You Ina.
