Lovely to make, great to eat and easy to freeze! People rave about these nuts and can't leave them alone! Highly recommended and I am making them (once again next week for a bridal shower!

Great recipe. I mixed the nuts with the butter first as some others suggested, and the coating seemed to stick just fine. I made them the day before serving and they were a huge hit at the party. In fact I sadly ended up giving away most of the leftovers because people were so enthusiastic! Definitely going to make this recipe again.

Wow! These should be called Addictive Rosemary Roasted Cashews. I dare you to take a handful and not reach in for more. I love roasted pecans but this is my new favorite. The rosemary is amazing on these. You will want to make more than you think!!

These are great! I made lots of these to give out in small tins as Christmas gifts this year. I did use a good deal less salt than the recipe calls for.

Okay - this time I did as suggested: mixed the warm nuts with the melted butter THEN added the spices and sugar mixture. Perfect and delicious!

These have quickly become a party staple at my house! Perfect example of a recipe where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts - sweet, spicy, savory perfection!

Delicious! Very addicting. A tad more on the spicy side than sweet side. I mixed the spices with the melted butter (added a little extra butter and poured over the hot cashews in a bowl and mixed. Stuck perfectly.

Wonderful recipe! Very big hit with all of my guests. I read a lot of reviews where the topping wouldn't stick to the nuts. I left the nuts on the hot baking sheet and poured on the butter, then the sugar rosemary mixture and tossed with tongs. The hot sheet melted the sugar and everything stuck on perfectly. Delicious!! Thank you Ina!

These nuts certainly are tasty. CAUTION: if you follow the recipe in Ina's Barefoot in Paris Cookbook for these nuts there is a typo.....the book calls for 1 Tablespoon of Kosher salt..yikes! The on line recipe is correct calling for 2 tsp of salt. Big Difference! Enjoy....
