I'd rate this a 6 if I could! I have made this recipe dozens of times and always get raves. I use regular salted cashews from the grocery store and leave out the salt. They are a great addition to all sorts of things; salads, soups, whatever!

Excellent recipe. I make these every year for Christmas and put a little baggie of them on my cookie trays that I give out. Quick, easy and very tasty!! I actually mix all of the spices into the melted butter and then pour everything over the roasted cashews.

They taste fine, but, even though I coated them with melted butter before adding the rest, the sugar, rosemary, and cayenne didn't seem to stick well to the nuts. Maybe they'd work better if I melted the sugar first?

These are the BEST - my "go-to" recipe for every party - people go crazy for them. Super easy, they take minutes. Use whole, roasted, unsalted cashews. And don't skip the cayenne, that little kick makes them more intriguing. They are also excellent the next morning if you've had one too many of Ina's cocktails the night before.

Have made these a few times - everyone always loves them! Easy and quick to make... and, yes, definitely addictive! I've made w/ both raw and roast cashews - definitely prefer raw.

can't wait to try - raw cashews? roasted cashews? 10 minutes seems enough time to warm but not roast????

Easy and addictive. Have used whole piece salted cashews when unable to get to the wholefoods store to buy natural. Doesn't taste as good as the what the recipe calls for but is a suitable substitute when I'm craving these.

I toasted these in a skillet and used oregano instead of rosemary... very good! Fun appetizer

Surprisingly not a great recipe. I loved the sound of this as a wonderful make ahead snack to serve but found them slightly oily and the flavors very pungent. Sorry Ina
