These are delicious and so easy to prepare! The smell when the warmed cashews hits the rosemary and butter is amazing! I will continue to make these often!

I KNEW this wasn't my aunts recipe!! : She has made these for parties in the past and would never give out the recipe. : HA HA!! I found it. : It's a great, super quick and a crowd pleaser. : If you don't want it QUITE as spicy, don't add as much pepper. : It's got a kick.

These are great. I had them out a friend's house and couldn't stop thinking about them, so I made them for a party I hosted this weekend. They were a hit - especially with the men - and almost everyone asked for the recipe.

....over these nuts. I am not a big fan of rosemary. I find it too strong a flavor but these nuts were excellent. I would even add a little more rosemary next time. I made them tonight and I will have to put them away because I cannot stop eating them. I read the other reviews and think it is a good idea to make for holiday gifts.

Threw these together for some friends that were dropping by before dinner. Used about 3/4 the amount of red pepper because husband doesn't like too much heat, and added about 25% more rosemary. I had lightly salted cashews on hand, so I left out the salt called for in the recipe. Yummy warm, but also great the next day.

These are the best nuts. I prefer them cold vs. warm. They just seem to have a better flavor to them the next day. I've made these many times over, for presents for the office or showers or BBQs. They are really delicious and so easy to make. It's hard to eat nuts that haven't been given this extra treatment :

These were amazing and so easy to make - I think it took me 10 minutes... and that was just waiting for the nuts to toast. They smell wonderful and the sweet, salty, spicey mix is perfect! It made our nighttime snacking seem a little more elegant!
