Made these to go along-side breakfast burritos for a brunch I hosted. They were a hit! Will use this as a go-to recipe for roasted potatoes from now on!

My rosemary potatoes always used to fail until I tried this one and its on demand in my house now. I used fresh rosemary/. I also mixed the oil the night before like another reviewer has mentioned below. I skipped garlic the first time I made it because it looks like Ina did not put garlic in the video. But I plan to add just a little bit to flavor the oil when I make it again this week. Thanks for this recipe.

Made this twice for friends and received compliments (and no leftovers both times. I think it could use some zesting up though-- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper gave it a nice zip without being too spicy.

The potatoes are very good, but if you use garlic it burns up every time. One hour is way too long for the potatoes to roast, only roast them for 25-30 minutes.

What a great, simple side dish! I cut my potatoes into wedges and used slightly less garlic, because my husband is sensitive to garlic. Otherwise, followed recipe to a tee (varying cooking time since I used wedges instead of whole potatoes. I was happy to find something this simple that makes use of the fresh rosemary I have on hand all year round. We all loved this dish; I'm putting it in my files!

Delicious! So fresh tasting and simple. The only down side is you do sort of have to babysit the potatoes and you really do need to turn them twice during the baking time otherwise they burn. It's totally worth it though in my opinion. Easy enough for a weeknight side dish but tasty enough to serve to guests. Ina never disappoints!

I've tried this recipe twice and both times the garlic and rosemary burn black 5 minutes after putting the dish in the oven. Very disappointing.

What a crowd pleaser. Every time I make this our guest eat them up...... I mix the oil the night before and left the rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper marry, this really intensifies the flavor. Throw in some red pepper flakes if you like to kick it up. Sprinkle with some coarse sea salt and you are good to go. Thanks Ina.

These potatoes were a huge hit! My four year couldn't get enough and was very disappointed when they were all gone. I recommend making a double batch for a family of 4.
