    This is a great recipe to do something different with small or new potatoes. They turn out crispy on the outside and buttery soft on the inside with the subtle rosemary and garlic flavors. Ina's got yet another easy, simple & tasty recipe.

    Very easy to make and a great way to use my plentiful supply of Rosemary. I cut my potatoes smaller, didn't want to wait an hour for them to cook. Probably should have let them get crisper, but family couldnt wait.

    They were a big hit with picky eaters. They cooked a lot faster than one hour - more like 40 minutes should be enough.
