Fast, Easy, and would certainly entertain with these potatoes. Compliments the String Beans with Shallots and Steak with Bernaise recipes wonderfully.

I was looking for something to go with my BBQ ribs and saw this recipe. I'm not a big fan of rosemary so I substituted fresh dill. My husband and I loved the potatoes. This is an easy and great way to serve potatoes with any meal.

potatoes I've ever made and had! This recipe is a real keeper. They tasted so good, and the fresh rosemary really made the difference. I will make these potatoes again and again and again...

I roasted my rosemary chicken and along the side I tried these wonderful potatoes, they were crisp and flavorful on the outside while light and fluffy on the inside, a must try!

I didn't even have fresh rosemary (which I'm sure would have made them even better .. they were so crispy and just so good. Will make these over and over again .. great with steak!

I tried this recipe for dinner yesterday. It was very good. I noticed however that when Ina made this on the show that she didn't use garlic but it calls for it in the recipe. I also backed off the salt a bit as well. My leftover didn't reheat very good. They were just to dry. Over all a good side dish. Will make it again.

I have a family of 6 and everyone loved these. Even my 3yr old! The girls loved the receipe, 12yrs & 16 yrs old. They thought it was soooooo easy to make! It's always great to have an awsome side dish that they love to eat and make! Thank You, The Ford Family, San Diego, CA

I did the recipe, it was easy and none time consuming.. I enjoyed it as well as my family, in fact it was so good there wasn't anything left to put in the frig. for left overs.. Thank you for giving me a new twist on plain potatoes.
