I grew up with this recipe - simple, versatile, & delicious! Mia momma & nonna handed down this recipe & I
handed it down to my children.
BTW, any good baking pot (cut into wedges & not paredis good in this recipe, but I prefer using the new
potatoes for "company" dishes.
Depending on what u serve it with, a few
sprinkles of Parmesean cheese goes over
well,too.

My family loves potatoes cooked this way. Fresh herbs are the key to its success. You don't have to use rosemary -- fresh basil or fresh thyme also will give a lovely flavor. It's great with roasted chicken as well as grilled steaks.

These are the easiest things to do, and they taste great. They were a big hit with the kids too. The fresh rosemary is definately the key ingredient.
