yummy! Loved the crispiness on the outside. It's a little bit saltier than I would like, but I find most of Ina's recipes are a little salty for my taste, so I adjust accordingly. But I love her recipes, everything always turns out real good.

Super easy, with rave reviews from the family. I twisted it up and added lemon juice and fresh oregano instead of the rosemary. After the potatoes are cooked, season and add a couple of squeezes of lemon and more fresh oregano.

I honestly do not like her show. I find it stuffy. But i tried this recipe in spite of that and LOVED it! I may give the show another chance too! Thanks Ina!

This is a delicious and easy recipe. The first time I made it was for a family potluck party and it was a huge hit! The recipe has made the rounds in my very large family and now friends are asking for it too!
Thanks Ina. You inspired me to start my own herb garden and now I have fresh rosemary at my fingertips!

This is officially my favorite way to make potatoes now. I ended up using thyme, because I forgot my Rosemary at my office, but oh was it good. I think that will be my new go-to fry type recipe....even my 3 year old, who is picky at it all up. We used to make roasted fries, but these are so much better because there is less potato!

Love this recipe and have used it many times with different variations. Last night at the request of my son I used sweet potatoes, parsnips and sweet onions. Once again, outstanding. The only way I'll roast potatoes, so simple but so delicious. Depending on the potatoes and or vegetables you use it may take more time to cook.

I doubled the recipe and it still only took an hour. I used Grapeseed oil instead of Olive (it's a little healthier and it turned out great! Delicious! Definitely will make again!
