    So yummy.. I made these, then added to Ina's Perfect Roasted Chicken... once the chicken was done.. crispy and yummy... perfect combo...

    This is a truly delicious recipe.. I will be making it this year for Christmas Day but including butternut squash too... I've also done the potatoes with carrots, turnip, onions, and butternut squash... olive oil, rosemary, salt and garlic.... the whole house smells delicious....ummmmmmmm

    I cut the potatoes into wedges and they roasted much quicker than recipe indicated. Very good side dish, lots of flavor!

    I was tried of making the same old potatoes all the time. I got online and found this recipe and made it. My home smelled wonder and they taste wonderful too. My husband loved it so did my kids. I had alot of left over so I make breakfast with them and they were wonderful still. Thanks Ina

    I've been looking for another side I can use besides the mashed potatoes/baked potatoes route and this is perfect!!!!!! The rosemary gives a great flavor and compliments everything in the dish. Ina never ceases to amaze me, try this!!!!

    Easy and fabulously delicious. I quartered some smallish potatoes and they cooked in less than an hour. I think I have to make them again tomorrow!!
