I only started cooking for myself this past month and have been nervous about getting in over my head. This recipe was so simple and so incredibly delicious, I followed the instructions exactly and the potatoes were cooked all the way through just perfectly and soooo flavorful. I would dare to say that mine turned out better than those of my awesome chef father!

This was a very easy potato recipe. I used garlic salt instead of regular salt for extra garlic flavor. The potatoes I used were red potatoes and were probably a little larger than normal, but they were done in about 45 min. I lined a baking sheet with foil and my potatoes stuck the first time I turned them, but after that they seemed ok, so I would probably spray the foil first next time. I served these with hamburgers as kind of a sophisticated french fry and it was great. The only reason this recipe gets 4 stars instead of 5 is that my garlic and rosemary burned, even though I kept the pan on the bottom rack. It didn't really affect the taste though, they were still yummy!!

I made this recipe exactly as written with the exception of the garlic. My in laws hate garlic... I know strange right??? I also used a mix of red and white potatoes but i felt that did not make a difference because once they were cooked they all looked and tasted the same. Anyhow, the potatoes were moist and crisp and really delicious. Before making this I thought Ive made roasted potatoes before no big deal but these were the best I have ever had. I will definitely make them again!!

This recipe was quick and easy to make. I halved the recipe and used red potatoes that I cut into quarters, it only needed 45 minutes. They turned out beautifully golden and perfectly cooked. Definitely a great side dish recipe that I will be making again!

This is now my go-to method for a potato side dish! So delicious (and so easy!. The longer cooking time gives you the time to get the rest of the meal together.

An easy recipe that always turns out perfect! Crisp on the outside and creamy on the inside and lots of flavor. I usually do not use the rosemary as some family members don't care for it. I also mix the olive oil, pepper, salt and garlic (sometimes extra garlic together before adding potatoes. I usually use russet potatoes, peeled, and they work great, too.

I have made this several times and it comes out so tasteful and perfect.
I do however use italian seasoning by McCormick instead of the rosemary. It adds a more flavorful taste to the potatoes.
