The first time I made these potatoes I followed the recipe exactly. The second time I added Italian dressing to spice them up a bit. They were a huge success and I will prepare them this way from now on.

These were delicious. They were done in about 50 minutes, though. My family loved them and they'll definitely be added to our regular rotation.

I've made these potatoes for several entertaining dinners, as well as, at home family dinners, and they are a hit every time!! Let's just say...there are never any leftovers.

My husband said to me, last minute, that he's iniviting a friend over for dinner. After giving some thoughts with planning the menu I needed a nice potato dish to go with the meal. I recalled Ina making a roasted potato side dishes on one of the episodes of her show. And so, I thought I would give it a try because it seem very easy. My dinner was a hit! Everyone loved Ina's Roasted Rosmary Potatoes! Enjoy! (A quick tip: Leave the potatoes in the middle rack instead of the top rack in the oven. You don't want the garlic to burn too much with leaving it in the oven for an hour! Happy Eating!

this is super easy and very delicious! but mine cooked in much faster than an hour. I took them out after 40 minutes but probably could have even taken them out sooner.

The more I test out Ina's recipe's, the more upset I get thinking of how much money I have wasted in restaurants...even then, you hardly ever get what you pay for. She has taught me how to get the taste of gourment within my own kitchen (that costs pennies on the dollar in comarison!
