Very tasty...I added to the veg, 1 cup boiled green lentils, 2 inches of fresh ginger, 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms, omitted the red and green peppers(did not have any handy, added almond flour, and panko crumbs instead of bread, and did not have crab boil...but they turned out amazing. Its a keeper.

I've served this to friends and family, including 12 and 15 yr olds. It's fabulous. Worth the effort. Better than any I've had in the best of restaurants. We've made extra and served the next day for lunches as well.

I made a few changes to this great recipe. I used 1lb of salmon and I baked the cakes on a rack over a baking sheet pan. I lightly sprayed with canola oil and baked for 30 minutes. They came out delicious and crispy..

This was one of the best things I have ever made! They were absolutely delicious! I changed it a little by adding a little less bread crumbs and then dredging them in panko bread crumbs before frying to give them a little crust. I also served them over mixed greeens with a homemade lemon honey dijon vinagarette. Yum!!

Husband & I loved this recipe! I made them with fresh salmon. I don't know if mine didn't have enough breadcrumbs but I did struggle with them in the saute pan with the butter and olive oil. They came apart easily and needed to be cooked longer on each side. Plus it was a little too drenched in oil for us. Instead I formed the rest of my cakes and placed them on a baking sheet and baked in the oven. They looked great and tasted fantastic!

This was an incredible recipe. I did not have fresh salmon, so I used one can of salmon and used all of the ingredients. I did cut down a bit on the mayo. I thought it tasted like crab cakes. Very good and easy. Will make this again!

This is an awesome recipe. It looked like a lot of "filler," but this is now one of my favorite recipes! I make lots and stick them in the freezer for a quick meal.

This is one of the best recipes I have made from the Food Network. I normally fix the recipe as called for and then tweek it to try to improve it. This recipe was perfect!! You would have to pay a lot of money in a restaurant to get a meal this good. What a wonderful way to use left over salmon.

I made these for dinner last night, they were amazing! This is coming from someone who Never orders salmon. My husband said that they reminded him of crab cakes!

These were delicious. When I combined the ingredients the result was a - too loose salmon cake - so I breaded the cakes with more panko crumbs and they came out tighter. I also served them with some tarter sauce. I will definately make these again - very yummmy!
