    Loved this dish! The salmon and lentils went so amazing together. My husband even had seconds which is unheard of when it comes to healthy food.

    These lentils are AMAZING!!!! I've never made lentils before - and now I'm sure I will be making them again and again. I served Ina's panko crusted salmon over them -- and the dinner was a huge hit with my family and guests!! This week I plan to try the salmon recipe that 'goes' with the lentils - and I'm confident we'll love that as well. Thx Ina!!!

    Simply amazing; the addition of the vinegar transforms the lentils from delicious to OUT OF THIS WORLD!I love that this is such a healthy meal, yet very tasty. Will certainly make again... and again!

    Dinner worthy of a nice little bistro on the Left Bank! I made 1/2 recipe (using slightly more chicken broth and it yielded enough for two very generous servings of lentils, plus leftovers. This is the perfect dish to use the green lentils that I brought back from France, which had been lingering in my pantry. This method of grilling salmon on the stovetop and finishing it in the oven resulted in moist, perfectly cooked filets -- the next best thing to an outdoor grill. (Note: I was following this recipe in the printed cookbook and noticed a typo: there is no direction when to add back the drained lentils. Annoying when recipes aren't proofed 100%.

    Wow I was really impressed with this recipe. I didn't have the green lentils, I used brown instead. Came out great. Directions and cook times are spot one. Very tasty. Will definitely go in the regular dinner rotations

    I am a huge Ina Garten fan and this recipe does not disappoint. I decided to try this one because it is one of her healthier options. Her instructions on how to cook the salmon are spot on. I prefer medium rare to rare though so I used 6 oz portions and put them in the oven for 9 minutes. They came out perfect. This recipe is easy, but involves a lot of vegetable chopping so give yourself enough time. Also, I let the lentil "stew" go for 30 instead of 20 minutes. I thought the veggies were underdone at 20 and they were still firm at 30. Finally, while I'm looking forward to the leftover lentils tomorrow for lunch and my guests were happy to take some home, you could easily halve the recipe and have plenty.

    Loved it! Terrific leftover idea... Had some leftover roasted cauliflower, added chicken broth to leftover lentils and added the cauliflower. Amazing soup.
