Cooked this tonight for 11 people and each one of them loved it!! Easy, tasty, healthy and delicious!!! Only thing I added to the lentils was two chicken boullions because I used canned chicken broth and it needed more flavor for my taste... Truly enjoyed it and seeing clean plates is very pleasing! :-

This was delicious!! Fun to make and super healthy. I love the way the salmon turned out and I plan on eating the left over lentils by themselves for lunch tomorrow!

OMG!!!! I have never tasted anything this good for months now. I felt like I was sitting in one of the villas in France and eating this delicious meal with wine. It takes me back in my visit to France many years ago. I wish I had the money to buy a house in France and prepare food there. Thanks Ina for another DELICIOUS meal especially right after Thanksgiving.

Delicious, but I would use about half the amount of olive oil next time - too much of any oily aftertaste in the vegetables.

This was delicious! The salmon was cooked perfectly and the lentils were so tasty. I added chicken stock and some odds and ends to the lentils the next day for some wonderful lentil soup. Yum yum yum.

I have been wanting to try lentils and came across this recipe. I did not make the salmon - just the lentils. I thought this dish was fantastic! I did not have fresh thyme so I added a 1/2 tsp dried thyme. Definitely a keeper!

This was soo tasty!! My husband and I loved this meal! So easy to make! I would recomend. Prechopping! This is definitly a keeper. The only thing I changed was placing the salmon in the pan with olive oil and baking it!

Delicious. Made them for a vegetarian friend and substituted vegetable broth for chicken broth. Holds up well to any fish dish.
