I think of couple of the viewers may have confused the rosemary, sage and thyme from the Turkey Breast recipe. With the stuffing she only used parsley, but did state you can use any herbs you like.
I followed the recipe and enjoyed the results.
Thanks Ina

Ina, Thanks for putting some simplicity back into Thanksgiving. I am now altering my lineup to do your recipes from this episode and with all of the prepare ahead tips I will be able to get through the day relaxed. You also solved a few food allergy problems for me. Tom.

I am a big fan of Ian and have loved every recipe I've tried of hers, including this one. However, I used the recipe based on the episode "Thanksgiving Countdown" which calls for two big changes than this recipe. First the show used rosemary, thyme, and sage. Second it called for a combination of sweet and savory sausage not just one or the other. Try it with those changes, I loved it! If you get a chance watch the episode for more specifics.

I'm confused, only one other person has reviewed this recipe and apparently it has merited 4 stars with only their 1 star review. I agree with his concern, only one herb for a stuffing labeled "Sausage and Herb" stuffing. We all have parsley 364 days a year. Maybe some seasonal herbs, such as sage, should be incorporated. Therefore, the title should read, "Sausage and Cranberry" stuffing! I agree with previous reviewer, I love Ina's recipes, but this was a stretch.

This version only has parsley, but during the episode in which this aired, she stated you can add any herb(s you like.

I'm a devoted Ina fan but this recipe surprised me. Is parsley the "herbs"?
