These were great and my family LOVED them. I used cream cheese and a little cream instead of the mascarpone (as per a suggestion here because I couldn't find any. I'm making these again. Thank you Ina for a wonderful show.

The very first side dish to disappear on Thksgiving! Imagine that next to stuffing and even mashed potatoes this took first place!! So delicious.

Ina, thank you for a GREAT Stuffed Mushroom recipe. This was my first attempt at making stuffed mushrooms and boy did I pick the perfect recipe. I followed the recipe to the T. I wouldn't change a thing, or maybe next time a little heat. My entire family love these.

I just made these for Thanksgiving so made ahead and cooked one test mushroom. Followed the recipe exactly except after browning the sausage I deglazed the pan with a little Marsala. These are absolutely delicious and I can't wait to serve these to my family. Thanks again Ina. You never dissapoint !

These mushrooms are awesome. Best stuffed mushrooms I ever made or tasted. I used turkey sausage just so they would be a little healthier. Excellent!!!

These are the closest I've found to MAGIANOS stuffed mushrooms. They are better! I got this recipe out of the "Now That's Easy" book. I love all of Mrs. Garten's cook books, but this is my favorite!

I have a stuffed mushroom recipe that I love, but really wanted to try these after watching Ina make them. SOOOO glad I did. These were delicious!! I used onion-chive spreadable cream cheese instead of marscapone and while it looked like I could have used more, it was perfect. Not too rich, but enough to hold it together. Excellent recipe!! This is my new go to recipe!
