    Delicious!!! We made these as an appetizer last year for Thanksgiving and everyone gobbled them up!! Didn't change anything except I used mild Italian Turkey sausage because not everyone in the fam eats swine. Making this again for Thanksgiving; can't wait!

    I really liked this recipe. I did read the previous posts so I made a couple changes. First to address the alleged greasiness I did not add any oil to the skillet at the beginning. I just browned my sausage in a dry pan, it worked just fine. I also used hot sausage and really liked the result. Secondly, because I was feeling cheap I used cream cheese instead of masarpone. Actually I used Neufchatel for less fat. My stuffing seemed a little dry so I poured the marinade in at the end. It added the Marsala flavor and moistened the stuffing nicely. Very nice.

    Ina's Roast Turkey with Truffel Butter is the BEST turkey I ever ate. No body Makes Roast Turkey better than this one & her Sausage-Stuffed Mushrooms are far better than anyone else's
    recipe. Than you Ina!!!!!

    These are simply AWESOME! I made these last year for Christmas and they were gone within 20 minutes of putting them on the table.
    Making them again this year as they became a "must have" request.
    Thanks Ina...we love your show and get a lot of wonderful ideas!

    I signed up just so I could review this. I don't really cook, but I made this and it turned out fantastic! Everyone really enjoyed them and the recipe was super easy. I love how it has a video to go along; it is literally as easy as she makes it look. I highly recommend. The only downside I could find was it was a little pricey for me, but I had to start from scratch. But, I will definitely make this again...and probably soon. So, so delicious! Makes me happy.

    I made these Sunday. Fantastic Recipe, and inexpensive. Agree totally with kayputh. I had a lot of left over filling, so I just bought more mushrooms, and made more! Mascarpone cheese really adds a great texture. This is a keeper for sure....
