I made these for an Christmas party last night. Everyone was drooling over them. The next time i make them I will use a little less oil. Otherwise they were perfect.

Only change was hot turkey sausage, well drained, double garlic, and no parsley. Having made and eaten many stuffed mushrooms over the years, can honestly say this is the best I've ever had. Kudos, Ina!

Just made these for Thanksgiving and as other reviewers have said , they are completely over the top delicious! Every single person commented on them. I usually don't try recipes for a group that I have not tried before, but after reading the reviews and loving Ina's recipes, I felt pretty sure they would be great. My only substitution was turkey sausage, one third hot and two thirds sweet. I did drain the grease after sautéing the sausage as others recommended. That you all for the tips. I made sure every one knew the source. Food network and Ina Garten rock! They were hands down the best thing at our Thanksgiving. The looks on people's faces said it all!

OMG!!! I doubled this recipe, but I used 1# sweet and 1#hot Italian sausage. Of course I had some stuffing left over. My guys, (hubby and adult son were eating the leftovers by the spoonful! It was TERRIFIC. Everyone that tasted it LOVED it!

These are absolutely delicious! A little time-consuming but worth it. To lighten them up a bit, I used a mild Italian turkey sausage instead of pork. They were mostly gone before I even got them onto the table!

I took DannyLew's suggestion and used garlic chives from my garden. Great choice. Like you all, every recipe from Ina has been a gem, a real keeper. Thank you Mrs. Garten, you make kitchen projects doable, just as Julia Childs brought French cooking to the masses.

I've made these a couple times for dinner parties, always to rave reviews. I don't eat pork so I use turkey or chicken sausage which is delicious. Ina's recipes never fail me!

I am a caterer and my clients love this recipe. Ina is so consistent. Every recipe I have tried is really good. As far as being arrogant, I think she is a lovely, intelligent, and altogether a dynamic LADY. Also, she has great taste in men..........love Jeffrey.
