    dear Ina this was a hit in my holidays family get together ,but since the lent is uPon us ,as catholic I made with shrimp it's amazing !!!!!!!!!
    I also adjust your recipes by taken a large frying pan at meduin heat placing the mushroom face down for 1 minutes flip over and low the heat and saute the mushroom facing up,until you see the mushroom water show inside of the cap
    removed heat and fill the inside with the marsala and let cool
    fill the cap with the srimps stuffing and when you're ready set oven @ 425 place in oven for 8-10 minutes

    These are the best stuffed mushrooms I have ever made. Marinating them in the marsala wine really makes the difference in giving the mushrooms great flavor. I made them for a Super Bowl party and they were gone in a flash. Highly recommended.

    I made these for Thanksgiving last year. AWESOME!! I ended up making them again for Christmas Eve (by request and I subsituted the mascarpone cheese for goat cheese (the stores in town ran out of mascarpone. Still very AWESOME!! Thank you for sharing this dish Ina :

    OMG, these are so good. Yum. This is one of Ina's best recipes I think. My aunt said these were the best stuffed mushrooms she ever had. I think so for me as well. They were all finished up and I made two batches of these for Christmas dinner.

    These are a total keeper. Really, the flavors just came together perfectly in this recipe. Even the stuffing itself without any mushrooms is killer.

    Highly recommended!!

    This recipe is an example of why Ina is such a rock star.

    You got to make this one.

    Made these for a birthday party. Everybody loved them. They are the best stuffed mushrooms. Will be making them again.

    Awesome recipe. The mushrooms hold up very well when they are put together a day ahead of time. When ready, just put in the oven.

    I doubled the stuffing and almost quadrupled the mushrooms. I served them at an anniversary party and they were the first of many to vanish. Great flavor and easy to make. I actually made the stuffing the night before and the day of the party prepared the the mushrooms. Turned out very well. Another phenomenal recipe by Ina. Thanks!
