This might be Ina's best recipe! Super easy to make and knocks your socks off, it's so delicious. The filling is addictive, and the finished product practically melts in your mouth! The marinade of olive oil and wine is the key - do this part first so the caps can sit for as long as possible before stuffing and baking them. I couldn't find extra-large caps, so the recipe made about double the amount of average-sized mushrooms, so they went a long way. Thanks Ina for a fabulous recipe!

Seriously, the best stuffed mushrooms that you will ever make! Not sure if it's the panko or the mascarpone, but the stuffing is amazing. You will FIND things to stuff with this filling! We used sweet turkey sausage, just outsanding. Ina, you rock. Watch the mushrooms after 30 mins, esp if you use smaller ones. YUM!

I made these as an appetizer for a Christmas party and brought home an empty platter. The only deviation from Ina's recipe - I used Italian chicken sausage and an extra two tablespoons of olive oil. They were done after 40 minutes. I stuffed about 22 mushrooms...none left. Easy to prepare and so good to eat.

This was wonderful, my husband hates mushrooms but devoured these! Great recipe Ina!, most of the other recipes have you cooking the shrooms before you stuff them but your recipe was great they soaked up that Marsela wine and tasted fantastic. We are making them again for Christmas eve dinner with my mom.

I served this at Thanksgiving dinner. When everyone took a bite of it, they all stopped talking and looked at me. THAT's how good it was. I already have a taste for it again! Awesome recipe.
