    I tried this a couple nights ago and found it to be so simple and super tasty!! I'm very particular about how my asparagus is cooked (I don't like it soft and this came out perfectly!! I highly recommend this recipe.

    I made this wonderfully, delicious dish...and simple, simple, simple to make. I also added some chopped garlic. Also, instead of using 2 tbls. of olive oil, I used about 1 tbl. of olive oil and a teaspoon of butter. It made the flavor of the veggies richer. I will be using this recipe again!

    My husband, who doesn't even like asparagas, loved this recipe. The flavoring is superb! I know I will be making this alot.

    Couldn't stop eating this out of the pan....great nutty flavor with not too much olive oil....I love the addition of the red pepper.

    My kids loved this. With me watching my fat content, I will try using less oil to see if it will work. If not, I'll still make this for family & friends.
