Let me start by saying, my husband is not a veggie eater. There are very few veggies he will eat and even less of those that are favorites.
He went for seconds on this, and my jaw hit the floor. He loved the lemon/garlic combination. I still can't belive he went for seconds. I don't think five stars do this justice.

An easy, delicious recipe to really showcase the flavor of broccolini. Loved the brightness of the lemon juice and zest.

Cannot recommend this recipe highly enough! Quick, easy recipe and you cannot argue with the results--I'm struggling to figure out how to cook (generally, and vegetables in particular, and this made my husband think I'm a top chef.

By far, this is one of the best recipes on this site. Tasty with a twang added by the lemon zest, this dish always leaves me hungry for more. This is an 8 star recipe!

Ina has me hooked on broccolini now!! I buy the packages in my Trader Joe's for about $2.99. It is so easy to prepare and so delicious. Make sure you shock the broccolini after blanching it otherwise it will keep cooking.
