    I made these for Thanksgiving yesterday. Really quick, easy and tasty, and they didn't take up precious oven space. I used parsley since I wasn't sure if everyone (picky kids would like dill but I'll try that next time because I will definitely make this again.

    these continue to be a keeper here. the other night i was searching for a veggie to serve along with an Indian spiced chicken dish. i made these and they went beautifully. Perfect for the many spiced yogurt sauce of the chicken.

    I had too many carrots and wanted to use them up. This was so delicious. I happen to have on hand fresh dill and it made the carrots so tasty. I will definetly make this recipe again. Simple, delicious, and healthy.

    I used fresh parsley instead of the dill. I'm not a fan of carrots, but eating it this way wasn't bad. My husband said he liked it!

    These were so delicious and easy! I followed the recipe exactly and added the flat leaf parsley. Everyone loved them. Great flavor without alot of extras needed. :

    These carrots were delicious. I used organic peeled baby carrots and used the idea that another reviewer gave and added sugar snap peas. My husband who "hates" carrots had thirds. Thanks Ina

    This was a very easy side dish that has great flavor! I would definitely recommend using dill over parsley.
