Delicious and very simple....brings out the sweetness in the corn. I will definitely make this again!

Great as is . . . but you could get a little crazy and make a lime-sour cream sauce to drizzle over with a little seasoning salt sprinkled on top and some grated parm. Then you have the flavors of mexican street corn without the hassle of grilling the corn. It's awesome! Thanks Ina, you're my favorite!

My new favorite way to make fresh corn. Easy and delicious. Find someone selling corn and try this before the season is over.

Tasty, I added some "Old Bay" and kicked it up a notch with this Maryland spice!

Seriously, just when I think I've made one of Ina's best recipes, she wows me again! While this is a *VERY* simple recipe that anyone can make, the flavor of it is totally incredible, I let the corn cook a until we get a little bit of a caramel color in some of the kernels which adds some extra flavor. I am looking forward to making it with some delicious Maryland corn, but the Florida corn for now works just fine. It's very easy and certainly beats all those kernels stuck in your teeth! :
As always, you ROCK Ina...you're truly an inspiration to me....

Good recipe, however being a girl from the midwest and shucking corn every summer on my grandparent's farm, I was confused when I read to cut the corn as close to the husk as possible. It should be the cob. The husk is what is removed, which the recipe says to do. At first I thought you left the husk on! Nice way to serve corn for a party, as stated. No cob to worry about.

Many of our guests cannot eat "corn on the cob" because of dental work or other reasons. We have made this dish several times for our guests and it is a hit! Delicious, colorful and easy to eat!

This is delicious! I added extra salt as I ate it out of the serving bowl, and it tasted just like corn on the cob. If you don't have the salt hit your taste buds it just isn't the same. : This recipe saved me a lot of floss! I'll definitely make this again.
