I made these for a party at home and they were a big hit! They disappeared so quick- everyone loved them. They are easy to make and you can prepare it ahead of time for a party- all you need to do is slice and bake it at the time of serving. I used store bought pesto so it made my job easier and used feta cheese instead of goat cheese. Its definitely a keeper!

I made this appetizer according to the recipe. They looked wonderful; however, they tasted very bland. We ended up throwing half of them away. I was really dissapointed because Ina's recipes are usually a big hit. A lot of of other reviewers enjoyed these, but I will not make them again. Sorry.

I'm not exactly rating this particular savory palmier, but I made Ina's sundried tomato palmier recipe --there is a great youtube video of it that shows you exactly how to make it and, as usual with Ina receipes, it was a fantastic. I can always count on Ina's recipes for being a success! Thanks Ina.

These were great! Since I saw other reviews said their flavors weren't strong enough, I didn't really measure the amounts I used but rather just used the amount I thought looked like enough. I used store bought pesto, subbed walnuts for pine nuts, and used sun dried tomatoes in oil with herbs (for extra flavor. They turned out amazing! Also I forgot to roll out my dough but they still turned out delicious and were very easy. Definitely recommend

I made these tonight for a party. The response I got from everyone else was overwhelming. They were all talking about them. It was probably my biggest hit EVER for an appetizer, and that says alot. I would definitely use more goat cheese than I did this time. The creaminess just balances the strong flavors of the pesto and sun-dried tomatoes sooooo well!

These were really tasty. I do think that next time I will use more goat cheese and more pesto. Actually, I might just use more of all the fillings.

These were just ok I think they needed more than 1/4 cup of the ingredients as them were a bit bland. I refrigerated them for 3 hours and had no trouble cutting them..

I substitute "store made" tomato bruschetta, excess liquid drained, toped with fresh basil cut in ribbons and sprinkled with packaged & shredded 5 Italian cheese ....I also brush tops of sliced palmiers with egg wash just before baking to help turn golden brown....comes out amazing. Guest are impressed!
